CBAY has a set fee of €40 per square meter (m2) in our warehouse. CBAY provides long-term and short-term storage exclusively if you do not wish to sell your items with us. CBAY protects your items with care and can return the item to your vessel at any time. We store all sorts of items, from furniture to tenders.

CBAY will deduct the monthly storage fee from your credit card, and CBAY will provide you with a bill before making the transaction from your card. You add the bank card you’d like to pay your storage fees with when you create a profile, request to sell an item, or when you request to store an item. 

CBAY split payment solution is reliable in paying you as the vendor instantly when your item is sold on our eCommerce. However, if the money is not received, CBAY has seven days to issue your payment from the date your item was sold.

CBAY will not ask you as the vendor to provide all documentation for the item upon reception. However, if a dispute with border controls occurs after the item has been sold, the vendor must be able to prove the receipt or an invoice showing the payment of VAT on the item that was paid and provide it to CBAY immediately.

Yes. CBAY handles everything regarding shipping the item to its new owner. However, the vendor must be able to prove that the item they wish to sell is under their ownership and proof of paid VAT.

CBAY has set prices for all locations along the Riviera. The pricing is divided by regions along the coast. Note that if any additional equipment is required for the pickup of an item, the charges will be invoiced accordingly.

Juan Les Pins - €80 per pickup, & delivery. 

Cannes - €130 per pickup, & delivery. 

Nice - €130 per pickup, & delivery.

Monaco - €180 per pickup, & delivery. 

St Tropez - €300 per pickup, & delivery.

La Ciotat - €500 per pickup, & delivery.

CBAY will take all requests into consideration, you can request to sell and store as many items as you want. CBAY will approve all items we believe we can help you sell. Therefore, we will take responsibility for storing and advertising your item. 

You can request to sell or store every item you no longer need onboard.

The “Request to Sell” process is a series of 8 questions CBAY asks of the vendor to answer to explain what they wish to sell, the condition of the item & the price they wish to sell the item for. To “Request to Sell” an item is completely free. 

It helps CBAY understand any irregularities with the item you want to sell and guarantee good condition and functionality of all items we sell through our eCommerce. 

CBAY can help you sell all items you no longer use onboard, please go through our “Request to Sell” process for us to have a good idea of what we’re selling and the condition of the item.

The “Request to Store” Process is an opportunity for the industry to receive support to store any items they wish. CBAY works with short-term and long-term storage solutions. To “Request to Store” is completely free.

The process helps us understand what you wish to store with us and guarantee insurance for the value of your item.

The Client Statement is an overview of everything regarding the sale of an item, we provide you with all the information you initially provided to us when we receive the item. We then provide you with a client statement for all sold items once a transaction and shipment have been completed.  

After processing any sort of payment, EYI will provide you with a receipt to your registered email. Please reach out to us at sales@eyi.io if you would like to receive your receipt.

No, EYI will not buy your item. We help you sell your items on our platform and in return we take a commission on the final sale price of your item. We help you sell your item by focusing our efforts on driving traffic to our website through various marketing tactics.

If you are a vendor that is in the South of France, you can get paid in cash under certain conditions. Please contact us at sales@eyi.io. 

Yes, CBAY has a comprehensive insurance policy to protect all our client's items from any accidents that may occur. Please contact us at sales@eyi.io if you have any questions regarding the insurance of your items.

Once you have received approval for your “Request to Sell or Store” inquiry, CBAY will provide you with the option, to choose a pickup date and time. 

If you wish to reschedule your pickup time, please refer to your confirmation of the pickup sent to your email and change the date and time or contact us at hello@cbay.io.
